I wish to extend my deepest thank you and appreciation for all you did for me on Sunday, November 11th. After having spent a very relaxing week on Sanibel Island my husband and I left the Island Beach Club condo we had rented from VIP Vacation Rentals and drove for four hours to Crystal River where we planned to spend a couple of days. When we arrived just after 4:00 pm and were getting our suitcases out of the car we then realized that we had left my suitcase behind, by the elevator on the ground level at the Island Beach Club F complex. With our Canadian passports in the suitcase and all of my clothes for our two week vacation, I was certainly in a panic state.
When I called VIP Realty and pressed 3 for emergency service you answered the call. And wow... did you answer the call! I was very impressed with your willingness to help me. Your immediate attention to the situation relieved my worry in a very short time when you called to say the suitcase was where I had left it. Throughout the time your phone calls keeping me informed were very much appreciated. Words truly can not express my gratitude.
I wish I could have personally met you when I came to pick up the suitcase on Tuesday, November 13th. I met Lorraine and I said my thanks to her for finding the suitcase and taking care of it for me.
THANK YOU so much for your help to me. I will not forget what you and Lorraine have done. Please know that both of you are very much appreciated for this excellent customer service and particularly on a Sunday when the office was closed.

I called VIP earlier and they had been told the water wasn't
going to be turned back on until tomorrow am, but they did investigate it
further and called me right back to let me know that the water was going to
be turned on today and we were welcome to return. We will be heading back
once we get everything packed out of the hotel here. I must say VIP is a
great company for you to have your property with. They are always very
helpful and professional. Last year when my husband lost his wedding band an
employee even brought a metal detector over and tried to help us find the
ring before we checked out. Furthermore, the unit was immaculate upon our
arrival. We have stayed in several homes in the Orlando area where the
management companies do an extremely poor job representing the homeowners by
providing poor service and they lack professionalism. VIP made us feel like
our inconviences were of real concern to them. I will let you know if there
is any problem with your condo, but we are not expecting any damage. Thanks
for your concerns.

We want to thank you for your kindness for allowing us to remain in the condo till noon on our last day. We very much enjoyed our holiday at Sanibel even though we found the weather to be very warm by our northern standards. The holiday was made much more enjoyable staying in such pleasant surroundings. We found the condo to be not only lovely, but well equipped. The starter package of cleaning supplies was much appreciated and please do continue this practice. We have never had this offered by any of our past vacation rental homes. In fact, our last vacation rental on the Outer Banks supplied only 1 roll of toilet paper and nothing else. We hope to return to Sanibel in the future, but in the meantime we are recommending VIP Vacation Rentals to our friends. Thank you for your patience in answering all of my questions before this trip. It helped put my mind at ease that this holiday would be a good one. Not all of our rental vacation homes have been as enjoyable as LC464.

I wanted to email you about VIP Rentals. I don't think you could find a better staff to take care of VIP s rental properties, including ours. They have been there whenever we have a problem with the condo and advises us on the best way to remedy the situation.
It is a relief to know VIP is taking care of our condo while we are in Rhode Island completely out of touch. Lucky for Rebecca and me we don't have to worry with people like VIP on the job.
